May 9, 2012   No Messages

A few weeks ago, my web site was redesigned. In the section headed “Contact Peg” there is now an email form where readers can send an email directly to me.  Yesterday, I heard from a reader via Facebook who commented that she had also contacted me through my web site. I had not received her message – and that’s when I realized that I had not received ANY messages via the web site, even though the new system had been in place for over a month by then. I still got lots of reader emails, but none came from that source. It was a case of not missing what I didn’t see.

I contacted my web guru, Chris, who quickly found the problem and corrected it. Within three hours, I had ten emails via the web site. Of course, that made me wonder how many messages were sent that I never got.

Bottom line: If you sent me a message using the form on my web site, and you didn’t get a reply, it means I never got your comment. Please try again.
